The ticket offices will open in different stages. On 24 July, the ticket offices will open for events taking place from September to October. The ticket offices for IndieLisboa will open on 28 July and for Doclisboa on 7 October (October to December). On 1 October, the ticket offices will open for events in November and December. 

It will be possible to exchange or return tickets that are purchased in each of the two stages:
24 July and 1 October. 

To reimburse or exchange tickets purchased through Ticketline or at the respective sales points, you should either contact the place where you purchased the ticket or send an e-mail to ticketline@ticketline.pt.
If your tickets were purchased at Culturgest, these can be reimbursed directly by presenting them at the box office or by bank transfer by sending an e-mail requesting their reimbursement to culturgest.bilheteira@cgd.pt.

NEW RULES GOVERNING ACCESS, CAPACITY AND LENGTH OF STAY

In keeping with the recommendations of the Portuguese Directorate-General for Health, facemasks must be worn inside the Culturgest premises, both in Lisbon and Porto, and you must disinfect your hands on entry, using the hand sanitisers made available.
The maximum capacity inside the auditoria has been adapted in order to respect hygiene and safe distancing rules. 
In the galleries, visitors must keep a safe distance of two metres. The maximum capacity is 20 people, in Lisbon, and 10 people, in Porto. 
In the Culturgest bookshop in Lisbon, besides the facemask, you must also wear the disposable gloves that are provided there.
