Fernando Marques Penteado's artistic realm is full of narrative. His works are like three-dimensional scripts, composed of found images and objects that blend into space with original paintings, sculptures, and embroidery. Together, these elements function as anchors for elliptical and kaleidoscopic fictions that reveal themselves as we progress through the exhibition. For this visit, Ana Gonçalves will be joined by a Portuguese Sign Language interpreter to accompany us through the biographical and fictional meanders of Marques Penteado's stories.
