Isto Não é Um Cubo

This project brings together artists and audiences from three territories (Évora, Lisbon, and Ribeira Grande) to think and act on ways of doing and looking at current artistic creation.
From December 2024 to March 2026, the artist collectives OSSO, Teatro do Frio, and Space Transcribers present creations that create a dialogue between contemporary artistic practices, art collections, and visual arts audiences.
In the three locations where the project takes place, resident groups of audience members accompany the entire life of the project. Between the black box of the theatre space and the white cube of the art gallery, a ‘grey zone’ emerges, which is open to participation and joint reflection.
