There’s no knowing is the most recent collaborative work by the piano and electronics duo composed of Joana Gama and Luís Fernandes. The duo, who never cease to surprise us, both through their unique identity and at the level of their sound and their musical aesthetics, will be presenting on stage the result of a challenge issued to them by the RTP2 television channel. Gama and Fernandes will be presenting on stage their new version of the work that they originally composed for the television series Cassandra (to be premièred on RTP before the end of 2021) and which they adapted for the context of this concert and for recording purposes. Contrary to what normally happens with the characteristically fragmented material that was produced for the series, this duo have taken on an enormous challenge in this new adaptation, creating a long musical piece lasting roughly fifty minutes, which develops on a fine scenic game.
