20 years ago, award-winning choreographer Bruno Beltrão created the Street Group, in Niterói, dedicated to hip-hop, who performed in breakdance competitions, festivals and TV shows. Since then, he has sought to take urban dance further, introducing elements of postmodern choreography into his work, revolutionising not only hip hop, but also contemporary dance. InInoah, his most recent creation, the dancers cover a distance of almost 5 kilometres, combining the virtuosity of hip-hop with breakneck accelerations and moments of rest, and producing an exceptionally dynamic and enchanting show.
